Funding an Entertainment Ecosystem
Proceeds from the sale of Lumiere tokens will be used to fund the operations of Gramarye Media, as well as partner organizations including Picture It Productions, the Creative Media Industries Institute at Georgia State University, The Story Plant, RoadShow Equity Partners, and others.
Lumiere tokens will fund more than Gramarye’s productions. We’ll be able to fund an entire entertainment ecosystem centered in Georgia.

The ICO will mint 1 billion Lumiere coins (tokens) released in structured amounts over a period of up to ten years, beginning with a pre-sale.

IGE Prerelease Tokens
Thanks to the Invest Georgia Exemption (“IGE”) that was created in 2011, Gramarye Media is able to issue a pre-ICO round of token sales to unaccredited investors, available exclusively to Georgia residents. Under IGE, issuers of securities, like Gramarye, are limited to selling no more than $10,000 in securities to non-accredited Georgia investors. There is no limit for accredited Georgia investors.
Tokens will be offered immediately to all Georgia investors under a simple Convertible Note with a discount of 30 percent, with the target cap of $5 million. The actual tokens should be delivered in August 2018, along with digital wallet instructions.
In addition to a 30 percent bonus, investors who participate in the IGE round will have exclusive access to limited edition books, set visits, red carpet premiere screenings, and other exclusive awards. The IGE round will be open in early June.

All remaining tokens shall be held in reserve to fund future events or prestige tentpole productions discovered through the content incubation process. This allows us to fund more of our own work rather than having to raise additional funds and risk diluting the returns to token holders.
All tokens shall be tradable, subject to relevant securities laws. All smart contracts will be audited.
Gramarye Media and its board will make every good faith effort to ensure that additional tokens are released only when we have confidence that the new productions will raise the value of the existing tokens sufficiently to offset any potential dilution effects.
At the end of each fiscal year in which Gramarye Media earns a net profit, owners of all distributed tokens shall have the right to vote to either declare a dividend of fifteen percent of all net profits, which shall be distributed in the form of airdropped bonus tokens.
50 MM Token will be held in reserve of future employees, content creators, and partners.
Tokens will be placed on as many exchanges as possible to ensure maximum value and tradability.
Gramarye Media will cooperate with all broker-dealers officially registered to trade tokens when investors are able to resell Lumiere tokens on the open market (one year after initial investment/purchase per SEC Rule 144).
