Distribution Revenue
Gramarye intends to be a majority equity partner in a new finance, production, and distribution entity, allowing us to distribute our content directly to theatres in the United States and around the world. In addition to Gramarye’s own content, the distribution entity plans to finance, produce, and distribute and finance an initial 30 movies — 5 per year over the first two years and 10 in years 3 and 4. The first cycle of pre-tax profits (not including Gramarye’s product) is projected to be $158 million.
